As a gestalt psychotherapist, I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space where we can explore what is happening in your life. Together we will focus on the issues that matter most to you, helping you develop awareness, compassion and new ways of relating.
My style is warm and welcoming. I work relationally and holistically, drawing on the three core pillars of gestalt therapy: building an authentic and empathic relationship, exploring your unique experience in the present moment, and recognising how we shape and are shaped by our environment. I also work creatively with different aspects of experience, body processes, thoughts and emotions.
I pay attention to how identity shapes experience, influencing how we are seen, related to, and understood. I take an intersectional approach that recognises the complexity of identity, especially for those who identify as LGBTQI+, are neurodivergent, or navigate racism, sexism, and other forms of marginalisation.

I have supported clients with a wide range of difficulties, including:
• Anxiety and panic
• Perfectionism and self-criticism
• Body image and low self-esteem
• Depression and low mood
• Bereavement and loss

• Shame and feelings of disconnection
-
Many clients find therapy helps them feel more grounded and resourced, better able to navigate life’s challenges and more acquainted with who they are and what they need and want in relationship with themself and others.
My approach can support you to:
Get to know yourself in more depth
Experience a relationship where support and challenge facilitates awareness and growth.
Become aware of and work through limiting beliefs and difficult past experiences
Develop greater self-compassion and resilience
Recognise where old coping strategies have become limiting
